A $25 million wrongful death lawsuit has been filed in connection with a 2008 shooting rampage in Virginia that left one man dead and two other people injured.

The lawsuit was filed earlier this month in Wythe County Circuit Court by Sharon Bane and her father, Jerry Covey.
